Service Policies

1. Delivery

  • Orders start within minutes to 24 hours.
  • Account must be public unless otherwise stated.
  • No refund for private accounts, username changes, or platform delays.

2. 365-Day Refill Guarantee

  • If metrics drop within 365 days of completion, request a free refill.
  • Email [support email] with order number + screenshot.
  • Refills within 24–72 hours.
  • Not covered: account going private/suspended, manual removal, platform mass purges, or drops after 365 days.

3. Refunds

Refund only if:

  • We cannot deliver due to an issue on our end.
  • Service becomes permanently impossible.

No refunds for: change of mind, delays, account bans, or natural drops.

Approved refunds in 5–10 business days.

4. Cancellation

  • Before delivery starts → full refund.
  • After delivery starts → no refund or cancellation.

5. Support

  • Response within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).
  • Include order number and screenshots.

6. Abuse

No fraudulent refills, chargebacks, or reselling. Violation = ban + forfeit all guarantees.
