Yudoze provides social media growth services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement metrics for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and others.
- All services are delivered automatically or manually as described on the product page.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to platform rate limits, server loads, or other technical factors.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services. By placing an order, you represent that:
- You are the legal owner or authorized manager of the social media account(s) you provide.
- You will not use our services to violate any applicable laws, platform terms of service, or third-party rights.
3. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your social media account credentials (we never ask for your password).
- Any actions taken by the social media platform against your account (e.g., warnings, shadowbans, suspensions, or permanent bans).
- Ensuring your account is public (if required for delivery) and not restricted by the platform.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or account penalty resulting from our services.
4. 365‑Day Refill Guarantee
All services include a 365‑day Refill Guarantee from the date your order is marked complete.
- If delivered metrics drop below the original quantity due normal platform activity, you may request a free refill.
- Refill requests must be submitted via email to [your support email] with your order number and a screenshot showing the current count.
- We will process valid refill requests within [e.g., 24–72 business hours] .
- The guarantee does not cover:
- Drops caused by your account going private, being deleted, or being suspended.
- Drops resulting from actions you take (e.g., manually removing followers, using unfollow tools).
- Platform-wide algorithm changes or mass purges.
After 365 days, the guarantee expires and no further refills will be provided.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- We cannot deliver the service due to reasons entirely on our end, and no alternative solution is acceptable to you.
- A service becomes permanently impossible to complete (e.g., a platform blocks a specific growth method).
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery has begun.

- Account suspensions, bans, or deletions initiated by the platform.
- Natural fluctuations in engagement or follower counts after delivery.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial refunds may be provided for undelivered portions of an order.

6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services without written permission.
- Submit false or misleading refill or refund requests.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

- Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yudoze, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Your violation of any third‑party rights, including social media platform terms.
- Your misuse of our services.

Our services interact with third‑party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). We are not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with any of these platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform’s terms of service. We are not liable for any actions taken by these platforms against your account.
